We took this old farmhouse and gave it a new transformation!
Like most home remodeling projects plans changed....a lot. Mike and his crew were amazing!!! Mike handled everything, he lined up all the plumbers, electrical, concrete, he didn’t miss a beat. I remember the day that they were going to pour some cement, we had thought our basement was sound and would withstand the remodeling. Unfortunately the outside basement walls started to crumble, Mike handled it like a champ! Everything had to come to a screeching halt, we did a lot of talking and ended up jacking the house up, tearing out the basement, pouring a new basement, and setting the house back down. It was incredible to watch. Mike has an awesome ability to visualize everything and come up with all sorts of different ideas that you could do. He never seemed to mind when I’d stop out and walk around looking to see what “new” was happening that day, he did his best to explain things to me in a manner that I was able to understand. Outside of the business world Mike is a great supporter of our community and school. I will CONTINUE to recommend Mike and his crew to anyone that I hear is looking for someone to get the job done RIGHT the first time. -Bridget Ronan
